Organic Honeycrisp Apples
Our Farmer Bill and his farm team are known as “The King of Honeycrisp” for a reason! The high elevation glacier-carved canyons of Lake Chelan are prime farming ground for this beauty, and our award-winning organic Honeycrisp apples have consistently outperformed others on the market for more than 20 years.
Honeycrisps are prized for their distinctive juicy-crisp texture and delicate skin, which make for a light, airy, all-around delightful eating experience. Notes of citrus mingle with tantalizing honey sweetness for the perfect sweet-tart flavor. Honeycrisps have a phenomenal storage life and maintain their sweetness during baking. Thinly sliced Honeycrisps are pure perfection on salads, cheese plates, and even sandwiches and burgers.

Organic Gala Apples
Our gorgeous organic Galas are low in calories, high in water content, and packed with vitamins A, C, and B—the perfect snacking apple! The delicately textured Gala delights with tempting floral notes and a hint of vanilla.
The Gala’s compact size makes it a favorite with kids and lunchbox packers. It’s also a lovely choice for fresh fruit salsas and chutneys.
Delicious with: Pears, winter squash, onions, pecans, turkey, Swiss cheese.

Organic Cripps Pink
Most Cripps Pink apples (also known as the Pink Lady) in the US are grown right here in Washington state, and we are particularly proud of ours.
Cripps Pink hold their color well after cutting, making them great for salads and fruit trays.
The low-calorie, low-fat Cripps Pink is an excellent source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, calcium, iron, and pectin, which is good for digestion.

Organic Pinova Apples
Our premium organic Pinova apples are prized for their lovely floral aromas and flavors, with layered tropical undertones. Also known as the Piñata, this elegant, tapered beauty inherits its sweetness from the Golden Delicious, a hint of tartness from the Duchess of Oldenburg, and its distinctive coloring from Cox’s Orange Pippin. Pinovas hold up to temperatures well, making them a perfect choice for baking.
We hand-select each individual Pinova apple we pack for color, texture, and freshness, ensuring your order is of the utmost quality.

Organic Granny Smith Apples
Prized for their distinct, delightfully tart flavor, Granny Smiths are among the lowest-sugar fruits you can eat. Granny Smiths are packed with fiber, have about 3 fewer grams of carbs than other apple varieties—and they came out on top in a Journal of Food Science study on the anticancer potential of apples!
If you’re looking to limit your sugar intake, they make a great addition to smoothies—try it with avocado, spinach, cucumber, and a splash of coconut water.

Organic Fuji Apples
Fuji apples are among the sweetest varieties, celebrated for their subtly tart undertones and aromatic notes of Japanese pear, honey, and citrus.
Our fine organic Fuji apples are prized for their exquisite pink-blushed skin, dense, crisp texture, and juicy flesh. Fujis take longer to grow and ripen than many other varieties, and the extra time on the branch produces large, lovely apples. The Fuji stores exceptionally well, and its low acid and balanced, sweet-tart flavor make it ideal for everything from smoothies and cider to apple butter to crisps.
Delicious with: Meats, cheeses, dates, spinach, Brussels sprouts.

Organic SweeTango®️ Apples
The delectable SweeTango is our hands-down farm family favorite, dazzling with the crisp texture of the Honeycrisp and the juiciness of the Zestar. The satisfying crunch gives way to a mouthwatering blast of sweet-tart flavor with a hint of fall spice. It’s the first apple to ripen in our orchard, so you can enjoy it as early as late summer—but quantities are limited and sell out quickly, so don’t miss your chance to savor this extra-special treat!
These delicious, 100% organic SweeTango apples are grown at our family farm in Chelan, Washington. Of all our apples, the SweeTango holds a special place in our hearts—for its delicious taste and crunch, and for the prestige of being one of very few caretakers trusted to grow it.
Only the best small farms are invited to grow SweeTango apples, and the quality standards are so high that you’ll never have a bad SweeTango experience.
