Holiday Shipping Break

All orders placed after the "Christmas Order-By" deadline will be shipped the week of January 6th, 2025. All orders placed between Christmas deadlines and January 5th, 2025 will also be shipped the week of January 6th, 2025. Please see specific cut-off times below.*

2024 Holiday Order Shipping Schedule*

Thanksgiving - For orders to be received by Thanksgiving, please order by:

November 25th by 8:00 AM PST
For Orders Delivered to WA: November 26th by 8:00 AM PST

Christmas - For orders to be received by Christmas, please order by:

December 16th by 9:00 AM PST
For Orders Delivered to WA: December 17th by 9:00 AM PST

Shipping Days and Cut-Off Times

For all orders being delivered to Washington State, we ship Monday - Wednesday weekly. Orders must be placed by Wednesday 7:00 AM PST to be shipped out with this schedule, otherwise, your order will ship the following Monday.

For all orders being delivered outside of Washington State, we ship Monday - Tuesday weekly. Orders must be placed by Tuesday 7:00 AM PST to be shipped out with this schedule, otherwise, your order will ship the following Monday.

Shipping Rates and Services

APPLES: We provide Free Ground Shipping to all the following States: Washington, Oregon, Montana, California, Wyoming, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado. All other states will default to our discounted 3rd Day shipping for $10.00 or 2nd Day shipping for $30.00.

SUMMER FRUIT (Cherries and Berries): For Summer Fruit we offer Free Ground shipping to the Pacific Northwest Region: Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington. For all other States and Regions, shipments will default to our discounted 2nd Day shipping for $20.00-$35.00, depending on the destination.

FREEZE-DRIED FRUIT: Free Ground Shipping to all 48 contiguous states.

ORGANIC GIFT BOXES: Free 2-Day Express Shipping to all 48 contiguous states.

WINTER SHIPPING DELAYS: In colder months, freezing temperatures can affect the quality of fruit during transit. To safeguard your order, we may hold shipments until weather conditions improve, ensuring your products arrive in optimal condition. We will notify you of any delays and provide updated shipping information as needed.

HOT WEATHER SHIPPING: During summer, extreme heat can impact perishable items. We use insulated packaging and ice packs as necessary to protect your order during transit.

PROTECT YOUR ORDER WITH SHIPPING PROTECTION: We highly encourage customers to select Route Shipping Protection at checkout. This optional service provides added peace of mind, offering coverage for loss, damage, or delays caused by extreme weather conditions.
