Guest considerations
The Chelan Ranch Rentals Venue has a maximum capacity of 150 people; (if provided) all tables and chairs are available to properly and comfortably host the maximum of 150 people.
Parking at the venue
Parking is available for 50 mid-sized cars. If you have over 30 cars, we ask that you please supply a parking attendant.
Water and power
Our cascading water feature will be active at all times. 200 amp power on site with 50 amp 220 volt and 20 amp 110 volt outlets. We provide a spider box having multiple 20 amp 110 volt outlets, as well as a 50 amp and 30 amp 220 volt outlet. We also offer a 100' cord suitable to power the spider box.

March - April
Winter closure in March. The venue is available beginning in April. Warm spring days with a panoramic view of the lake and snow-studded mountains create a perfect backdrop for your special ceremony or event. In addition to the breathtaking outdoor space, a heated tent offers a fully customizable gathering area, allowing groups to design their flow that suits their tastes.
May - June
Enjoy apple blossom in our orchard adjacent and the sprawling lawns on the hilltop vista with spectacular scenery of the Lake Chelan Valley and the surrounding mountains. Our twinkling-lit tent adds romance and beauty as a weather-protected indoor space for gathering.
July - August
Take in the peak Honeycrisp growing season in our neighboring orchard. Quiet sprinklers and circling hawks provide a peaceful agrarian atmosphere to this hilltop with a panoramic view of Lake Chelan and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy the shaded comfort of the twinkly-lit tent beside a gurgling waterfall.
September - October
Bask in the scent of ripening Honeycrisp apples in our neighboring orchard. Our sprawling lawns, surrounded by panoramic views of the lake and mountains in the glory of fall colors, make the perfect backdrop to any gathering. In addition, enjoy the weather protection of our romantic tent by the gurgling waterfall.
November-December
