The Agreement: The rental agreement is between the Guest and the Owner. The contract is deemed to have been made once the Guest has paid and the owner has dispatched a booking confirmation. The Guest must be over 18 years of age at the time of booking.
Booking: The Guest who makes the booking is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions and will be responsible for all persons included in the booking and should ensure that they are all aware of these Terms & Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to decline any booking to anyone who has not complied with these Terms & Conditions.
Payment: Pay in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation: For a full refund, notify us 30 days before check-in. For a 50% refund, notify us one week before check-in. After that there is no refund. Sorry.
Check-in/Check-out: You may check-in anytime after 2:00 PM on the arrival day. You must be check-out no later than 12:00 PM on your departure day.
Cleaning: The Guest is responsible for leaving the accommodations in good order and clean condition. We charge a cleaning fee of $50 if we need to clean and/or repair a campsite after a guest's stay. A nearby dumpster is provided for guest use.
Fires: No fires allowed. Gas grills & propane fire pits are OK. No smoking on the property.
Vehicles: One vehicle per site.
Guests: Maximum 6 guests per site.
Pets: 2 pet maximum per site. Pets must be well-behaved and on a leash at all times. Pets should not be left unattended on the property. We are farmers in an agrarian neighborhood. The neighbors and wildlife enjoy the peaceful setting. Everybody is required to be respectful of this restful environment.
Respect for Nature: No hunting, no petting wildlife, no climbing orchard trees
Cancellation by Owners: The Owner reserves the right to refuse any booking and to cancel any bookings already made if the property is unavailable (e.g., through fire, flood, etc.) for any reason whatsoever, subject to a full refund of all monies paid (but no further liability).
Nuisance: Guests should not cause nuisance or annoyance to occupants of any nearby property. If, in the Owner's opinion, any person is not suitable to continue their occupation of the property because of unreasonable behavior, damage, or nuisance to other parties, the Owner may treat the contract as discharged, and the Owner may repossess the property immediately. The Guest will remain liable for the rental cost, and no refund will be due. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the property by the Owner for maintenance given reasonable notice.
Farm Work: Because we are a working farm, there may be times when there are tractors and people in the orchard. Our typical week may include spraying, mowing, cultivating and/or a crew of field workers doing a variety of tasks. We are blessed to have excellent help with the farm at all levels. They will be respectful of you, so please be respectful of them.
