If you’ve been looking for a fun, healthy way to enjoy the harvest, our Apple Cinnamon Smoothie recipe is a must-try. 1 large organic apple (Sweetango, Honeycrisp or Fuji works great), cored and chopped (peel on for extra fiber)

1 frozen banana (for creaminess)

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or milk of choice)

2 Tbsp rolled oats (optional, adds thickness and staying power)

1 Tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional, for a colder/thicker smoothie)
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust – add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you’d like it sweeter, or extra milk if it's too thick.
